Before beginning his career in insurance, Mike proudly served in the U.S. Army, where he learned firsthand the value of integrity, accountability, and putting others before yourself.

He earned his MBA in Business Management and has continued investing in his professional development throughout his career. Along the way, he's earned certifications in Lean Six Sigma, become both a NASM and ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, completed training as a Nutrition Specialist, and serves as a Virginia Notary Public.


While those accomplishments speak to his drive, they also reflect something deeper: Mike genuinely enjoys helping people solve problems, improve their lives, and reach their goals.
